The PDC-FMG PlasmaFlo may be used with any of our plasma cleaners. The PlasmaFlo provides more precise, quantitative control of the gas flowrate and monitoring of vacuum pressure, both of which are beneficial for process consistency. A second gas source can be added without having to manually swap the gas line. Dual gas feeds into flowmeters for gas mixing or independent control of two process gases; 49 mL/min maximum flowrate for atmospheric air at 0 psig (± 2% full scale accuracy); Vacuum gauge sensor connects to plasma cleaner door; Digital meter displays pressure range of 1 mTorr to 760 Torr; Size: 8.5″ H x 10″ W x 8″ D; Weight: 7 lb.

Gauge construction includes a 316 stainless steel (SS) socket; a 316 SS Bourdon tube for the 4" dial gauges or a copper alloy tube for the 6" dial gauges; a 316 SS fitting; a 304 SS case; and a glass lens. All gauges have a 1/4" NPT(M) process connection. The 4" dial gauges include a zippered, soft nylon carrying case.
